I am unable to print over wireless or usb. I installed the 2630 exe windows drivers and on Maintain Your Printer all of the following sections result in "Device is busy" when selected: Print Quality Diagnostics Page, Align cartridges, Clean Cartridges and Clean Printer.
I have paper, cartridges and the usb cable is plugged in. I have also tried plugging and unplugging the power cable as I have been told this is supposed to help.
I am a computer science teacher but find this device terribly cumbersome and am losing patience with it already as I have spent two hours already trying to get it installed.

I understand you are not able to print from your computer and I'll be glad to help you out. However, for an accurate solution, I would need more details:
Are you able to copy document?
Do you see any error or blinking lights on the printer control panel display?
Have you tried connecting the printer USB cable to different USB port on your computer?
Could you also try to print a self test page an let me know the results. In order to print a self test page:
1.) Press and hold the Power button, and then press the Cancel button .
2.) Let go of the Cancel button, and then the Power button.
