Deskjet 3520
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
HP Deskjet 3520 prints a Word document in DIN A4 normally. Pages downloaded from the Internet, such as invoices, tax assessments, are only printed half the size. The problem has only recently appeared. It may have something to do with the fact that I once printed two pages of a document from the Internet on one page.

@berghaus, Welcome to HP Support Community!

This could be an issue with the drivers installed, I recommend you delete the driver and root level and retry, follow the steps below:

1) In Windows, search for and open Programs and features

2) Select your HP Printer

3) Select Uninstall

4) In Windows, search for and open Devices and printers

5) In the Devices and Printers windows look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose ‘Delete’ or ‘Remove Device’

6) Open up the run command with the “Windows key + R” key combo.

7) Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between “printui.exe”

😎 Click on the “Drivers” tab

9) Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom

10) Select Ok

11) Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows

12) Close Devices and Printers.

Use this link to download and install the new driver. Configure the printer and try printing.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Hallo,
thank you for the fast answer. I only discovered this now.

I'm already 79 and I'm afraid that the printer, which is still working except for downloads, which are reproduced in a reduced format, no longer works after such a complicated process.
I will therefore ask my son (32), who lives in another city, whether he understands and helps me to carry it out.

In the text I do not understand the following:
7) what is there a space between? I see a space to the left and right of /.
8)? what should <: smile_face_with_sunglasses> mean
12) this link?
Greetings

Hello,

I have carried out points 1) to 12) and the HP Deskjet 3522 prints everything properly as before, but the problem has not been resolved:     A DIN A4 page is reduced to DIN A5 size on the upper left of the DIN A4 sheet.

The error has been occurring for 2 months when, for example, I call up an invoice in the Amazon account with my five-year-old PC and print it with the equally old printer.

The PC, with which I also updated the driver, is connected to the printer via WiFi via a Fritzbox 7490. The problem does not occur, when I call up the invoice on a one year old laptop and print it over the WiFi network.

Should I buy a new PC? 😊
