Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am using HP Deskjet ink advantage 3545 Printer and recently got error oxc4eb827f hw_micci2 c,  I tried troubleshooting as given in solutions but nothing happened and it stops working automatically . Kindly help me in resolving the issue .

As sometime before it is giving error in scanning only print is working fine but now it stuck permanently on same error . Tried by accessing diffrent systems as well as different OS but it doesn't work .

If you have already performed the steps from the document '0xc19a0005' or Similar Error Code Displays and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
