I changed the ink on my HP Deskjet 3630 printer and have done so for years now. This time round it seems it will not print and gives an E1 error. The printer takes the paper and gives an error before it is about to print.
When trying to check the country settings, there is no country in the EU listed. This has never happened before.
When trying to photocopy, it print very slow and in miniature size, however all printer settings are in order apart from the country or region option.
Can you please help as I cannot seem to do a country/region reset?

We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

To perform a printer region reset you need to meet the following conditions:
1. You need to have the printer full feature software installed on your computer.
2. You need to have all the cartridges either from the region/country from where the printer was purchased originally or the new region/country to which you want to reset it to.
3. Make sure HP Smart App is installed too.
