I've got an HP Deskjet 3730 which seems to mostly work fine. However, recently it has started occasionally catching paper when it's trying to feed through, which sends the paper sidewards and it then jams. I have checked for any blockages and have not been able to find any. The catch point is about 1 inch in from the top right of the paper (or 1 inch from the left of the printer whilst printing). It seems to be about the point where there is a little rubber bit that pops up inside the printer, which may be where it's catching, although I'm not entirely sure *why*.
(Can supply photos if that would help...)
Any thoughts?

I downloaded the Firmware updater, but it said that there wasn't an update for my printer - printer says it has version LYP1FN2020BR which seems to be up-to-date.
I have done everything I can to see if there is any paper debris, and that things are clean, but the primary problem does appear to be the little rubber flap.

This seems like a hardware issue. Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
Keep me posted for any other assistance.
