Product: HP Deskjet 3755

E4 paperjam light blinking. I’ve followed all the steps from the troubleshooting because they were provided in another user’s question. There is NOT paper stuck. The ink carriage does not move to the middle when I open the front door. I’m considering just returning it. I’ve beeen working on it for like two hours. It’s brand new, and I’m frustrated.

If there is not any paper stuck, unplug printer for a few seconds and plug in again. You may have tried this already but if not, it’s worth a try.
