Hi

 

I have a deskjet HP 3755 printer running wireless. It will print anything if it is comong from my desktop or from my mobile phone. it will not print anything from any web site or from my email. it just runs a peice of paper thru and acts like it is printing and i receive a blanl page. I then get this message to go into my EWS and fix my paper size. I have checked my EWS and it has the following listed for paper sizes. It was printing fine and all of a sudden stopped.

Small   4X6 photo

med      5x7 photo

large     8.5X11  Letter

 

i am using regluar size printer paper, the same i'm using to print from my desktop. i tried to get help from HP and checked my warranty on 6/30/2017 and it said I had 15 days left but the customer service site was down.  I checked again today and was told my warranty was over.  Any help would be great.  i have to print shipping labels from the web and my backup emails and it is a real pain to copy them over to a pdf file or a word file just to print.

I understand that you are unable to print from any website or from emails on your 
HP DeskJet 3755 All-in-One Printer.

 

This could be an issue with the browser settings.

 

I suggest that you try printing from a different browser and check.

 

If you are printing from internet explorer, then you may 'check the link: Unable to print or view the print preview of a webpage in Internet Explorer

 

You may also try updating the firmware from the link: Firmware Update

thanks for getting back to me. i have been fighting with this printer for days now. I had already checked for updates and I have it set for auto updates. I checked just to make sure and it is up to date. I was only trying to print from Gmail & Google. i just went in to internet explorer and it printed fine. So I then tried to print from google again and and I can't beleive it but it printed. I guess it just didn't want to work for a week and took a vacation!!!
