Any time I need to print something it turns into an all day or multi day issue trying to get it to do it's job.
I don't know what other information to give and it's awful that HP will not help me.
In the past I've gotten messages from the printer saying it's not connected to wifi but there are no instructions on how to connect it to wifi! Everything I've tried to get it to connect to wifi doesn't work.
I am trying to print using the "Direct" wireless wifi signal from the printer itself. Yesterday I got 2 pages to print but I only need one more to print and no matter what I do IT WILL NOT print again.
I've been reading about others who hate HP and it has to do with their Printer ink subscription that they are really scamming people. I subscribe to that too but I have plenty of ink so I should be fine to print!

Hi, how do I connect the printer to the wifi? I've tried this for a year now with no luck. I've printed out instructions to connect it to wifi and none of those steps work.
When I go to the HP Smart app it takes me through an endless loop of telling me I need to connect it to wifi and then the instructions on the app do absolutely nothing.
