Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

 

I have a HP Deskjet 4120 Plus printer and when trying to print from a Windows laptop (tried 2 laptops) I always get an error - Paper Mismatch. While printing from the mobile phone, it works ok and I've managed to print.

 

Having no other errors on the printer than Paper Mismatch, I've tried to configure the printer and on computer everywhere to have the A4 paper size - no luck. Tried to set on the printer and computer Letter size, still same issue/error.


Wondering what else to try and how come it prints from mobile phone and not from the laptop.

I guess it's a hardware problem as I've tried everything...
