I was a faithful HP customer, but my last 2 printers have left me very disappointed. My last printer before the most recent did not print on anything but regular paper, so I opted to upgrade. I purchased the Deskjet 4158e and realize it was priced low for a reason as it is the WORST printer I have ever owned. I do not print very often, but the few times I have, this printer has had nothing but issues. I contacted support once, they had to send me a new black cartridge. Color has never been an issue, but the black ink does not print. I clean them and realign and its always the same issue. I've had this maybe 3 years and it is going in the trash and unfortunately, I am not sure I will buy another HP after this. I am partly to blame as I should have stayed more on top of everything while under warranty, but I really did not expect the issues from an HP product.
