- Reconnect the power cord and turn the printer back on. Check if the error persists.
2. Check for Jammed Paper
Open All Access Doors:
- Open the paper tray, the cartridge access door, and any other access panels.
Inspect for Paper Jams:
- Look for any paper jams or obstructions inside the printer. Remove any jammed paper carefully.
3. Check the Ink Cartridges
Reinstall Ink Cartridges:
- Remove the ink cartridges and then reinsert them. Make sure they are properly seated.
Check Cartridge Compatibility:
- Ensure that the ink cartridges you are using are compatible with your HP DeskJet 4200 series printer.
4. Reset the Printer
