Hi,
i have an issue to print 10x15 photo.
i would like to print , by all software, an image on 10x15 paper but i have two issues.
1) i cannot remote the margin
2) the margin on the right is bigger than left margin (1cm) , i seems that the print page size is more little than the paper
i try to remove the driver and re-install but nothing...the issue is still ... how can i to solve?
Thanks to everybody

Welcome to the HP English Community --
DeskJet printers are not like other printers.
The printer does not support Borderless printing.
AND
The printer requires the larger margin along the bottom edge.
=============================
Printer - Margins
Printing - Important -
The printer requires a larger margin along the bottom edge (1/2 inch).
Borderless Printing | No |
Print Margin Bottom (A4) | 12.7 mm |
Print Margin Left (A4) | 3 mm |
Print Margin Right (A4) | 3 mm |
Print Margin Top (A4) | 3 mm |
There is no software, firmware, or alignment that changes the larger margin requirement.
The solution to "chopped off" is to keep all data inside of 1/2 inch / 12.7mm on the bottom edge.
This limitation includes all text, images, page numbers, footer information, cells, tables, lines, other notations, and all file types, too.
Create your original document with 12.7mm ( 1/2 inch ) margins.
Alternatively, and where it will work for you, Print the content as "Fit", "Shrink to Fit", or a percentage of 100% that will capture all the content on the page.

Hi,
thanks a lot for your response.
I agree with you about A4, but i have a lot of difficult to have a good solution for 15x10 format.
always when i print the photo on 15x10 format i have the same margin , like A4.
i think it's not usefull to keep this margin.
is there a way to have the same margin on 15x10 format?
Thanks for your help
Regards

You are welcome.
OK - Windows.
The print apps and print software options are good in Windows --
That said...
Nothing helps that required 12.7mm (1/2 inch) margin disappear.
Why? DeskJet Printer wants that bottom margin larger.
Rotate the image to print in Landscape and the margin moves to the side.
Print Pictures limits Options > Printer Properties to those the printer supports.
🐀🐀🐀
If you want to (or must) use Print Pictures
If you want the image to print at 4x6,
Try using full size paper (A4) - and set the paper size in Print Pictures to A4, too.
Set "Copies of each picture" to 1 (one)
On the right side, select 10x15 / 4x6 inch (second choice from top / full size photo).
Print the photo and cut out the printed image.
Simple Example - Print Pictures - Full Size Paper and one 4x6 inch photo (10x15 cm)
==========================================================
HP Smart - Windows can print the image in 10X15 / 4x6 inch on larger paper.
Do that and then cut out the image.
Yes, I know. Not what you want.

Windows Photos also includes a "select size" feature to print smaller image on larger paper.
