Hello,
Here is the problem I have with HP Deskjet 5525.
It works just fine using USB cable.
When trying to print over the network (wireless), it works ONLY if my desktop win10 PC is connected via LAN cable.
However I am using Asus Rog Strix Z370-E motherboard with WIFI. When connected to the same network (I check the in the router admin panel for all the connected devices, and the printer itself is listing its IP on the screen), it simply does not print.
It still does not print from my Win10 laptop as well as my Mac laptop.
The above Offline, goes to "Not connected"
I tried HP Print and Scan Doctor - doesn't work. Oddly, when the printer shows on its screen IP 192.168.1.2 the Doctor shows the printer (after fresh search for products) as 192.168.1.4 (Network pritner).
And it fails to communicate with the product...
Tried before installing and re-installing drivers and it didn't help.
I wonder if this is about drivers, router or just settings...
Please someone help, as I need this as a wireless printer, and if not will have to change it.

Hello,
thank you for replying to my issue.
I haven't tried what you have offered, but today I took a TP link router and changed the default router from the ISP (called zte zxhn h118n).
And a miracle! I was suspicious that this router is a crap... The moment I changed to the new one, connected the printer nad the wireless workstation and everyhintg works!
The question remains - why and what settings are bugging the wireless printing.
