Hello,
Heres a video of the problem so i don't have to explain it:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wvpo0lCstaQ
As you can see the cartridge holding thing is stuck and can't move because of that plastic part of the printer. I got it to work somehow but it gets stuck again after starting the printer again. On the computer it says that there is a paper jam but there is no paper in the printer or any foreign object. How can i fix this?

Welcome to the HP Forums 🙂 I would like to take a moment and thank you for using this forum, it is a great place to find answers.
Let's try to reset the Printer here as it helps in removing any stored static electricity from the Printer which might be causing these issues.
- Turn the printer on, if it is not already on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
- NOTE: HP recommends connecting the printer power cord directly to the wall outlet.
- Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
- Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed.
If the issue persists, please perform the remaining steps from this document: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-deskjet-f2100-all-in-one-printer-series/3177559/model/317756...
If the issue still persists, for the next course of action, I have sent you a private message, for more details that cannot be shared in a public post.
