HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 3545 e-All-in-One Printer

Mi impresora HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 3545 presenta el ERROR CODE OXC4EB827F HW_MICCI2 C , he intentado de todas las sugerencias posibles (desconectarlo de la pared, desconectarlo de la impresora y esperar 60 segundos). No me deja hacer nada, no puedo pasar de este mensaje en la pantalla. Los botones no responden.  Y el carrito de los cartuchos está atascado en el lado derecho. No puedo acceder al menú en el panel de control de la impresora. 

 

Por favor, ¿cómo lo soluciono? Gracias de antemano.

My HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 3545 printer is showing ERROR CODE OXC4EB827F HW_MICCI2 C , I have tried all possible suggestions (unplugging it from the wall, unplugging it from the printer and waiting 60 seconds). It won't let me do anything, I can't get past this message on the screen. The buttons don't respond. And the cartridge cart is stuck on the right side. I cannot access the menu on the printer control panel. 

 

Please, how do I fix this? Thanks in advance.

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

 

Power Reset:

  • Unplug the printer and wall power for 5 minutes.
  • Plug directly into a wall outlet, then turn it on.

Move Cartridge Carriage:

  • Unplug the printer.
  • Open the cartridge door and gently move the carriage to the center.
  • Remove obstructions, then restart.

Clean Encoder Strip:

  • Unplug the printer.
  • Wipe the transparent plastic strip behind the carriage with a damp lint-free cloth.
  • Let it dry, then restart.

Reseat Ink Cartridges:

  • Remove and reinsert both cartridges.
  • Restart the printer.

Check for Paper Jams:

  • Remove any stuck paper from input, output, and rear trays.

Hola. Solo paso por aquí para contarles, por si fuere de ayuda que, luego de varios intentos, intenté ponerla de lado (con el lado de los cartuchos hacia arriba) cerrada, y darle unos toquesitos por los lados (anteriormente intenté moverle el carrito de los cartuchos, pero no se movía; e intenté otras posibles soluciones que encontré en internet, pero no funcionaba). La volví a encender y se movieron los cartuchos y encendió normal la impresora, de manera que ya se pudo volver a imprimir y configurar para usarla.

 

Espero esto pueda ayudar.
