Hi all

 

all of a sudden, my D2460 does not print.

power button is bliking, printing queue is empty, printer is loading the paper half way.

tried to delete the printer and re-install

tried to print from different program

tried to print test page

as soon as i restard the printer, printer is loading the paper half way (with printing queue empty).

If i ungplug power, paper is sent out.

 

any hint?

@lalifa, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

 

I understand you are not able to print and the printer is not feeding the whole paper. Due to the printer age, support options are limited.

 

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - An 'Out of Paper' error displays, printer does not pick paper

Also, check out - How to Store and Handle Paper to Avoid Paper Jams

 

If the issue persists, I'm afraid this could be a hardware issue. 

If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
