Product: HP Color LaserJet Managed MFP E877dn

I have a HP E877DN 

Customer reported 63.00.44

 

I looked at event log. Few 10 errors and then a 63.00.44 error.

 

To my knowledge this is due to yellow eraser error.

Toner not being oushbinto the developer ?

 

I have physically removed all parts from the printer.

I can't see a fault or when I perform component teat I get full positive feedback.
