I recently switched from Spectrum Internet to AT&T Broadband (100mbps). I changed nothing else, but since the new wireless has been installed my HP ENNY 4500 has been printing slowly, if at all, and I have had to turn the printer off and then back on to complete printing virtually between each new job. This morning I turned off and unplugged the printer, then turned off my Macbook Pro for several minutes. Per online instructions, I replugged the printer and turned it on, and then booted my computer. I went into settings to reselect my printer, but am unable to set it up to use with the Macbook. I've tried everything I know, including HP Smart, but nothing works. Any ideas or suggestions?

@TX_Pops, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
- Which application are you trying to print from?
- Have you tried printing different types of documents like PDF, Word, or Webpages and check if the issue persists?
Let us try these steps:
Restart the router, the printer, and the MAC
- Make sure the printer and the MAC are connected to the same wireless network.
- If you have a Dual-band router and both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks share the same name/SSID, the printer will not be able to connect to the network. In this case, contact your Internet service provider to assign different names to both the networks.
Update the printer firmware
Click here to download and install the latest firmware from your MAC.
Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.
Also, check for any software updates on MAC
Click the Apple icon > About This Mac > Software Update and install any available update.
For more info on resolving slow printing issue, refer to - Slow Printing
If the issue persists, reinstall the printer using AirPrint driver.
1.) Click the Apple menu, click System Preferences, and then click Print & Scan or Printers & Scanners.
2.) Check if your printer name displays in the Printers list, If your printer is listed, click the printer name, click the minus sign to delete the printer.
3.) If you see multiple printer queues for the same printer, remove all extra printers by selecting them one at a time, and then clicking the minus button at the bottom of the list.
4.) Click the plus sign, click Add Printer or Scanner, click the printer name.
5.) Click the Use or Print Using menu, select AirPrint in the pop-up menu. Then click Add.
Note: Use Bonjour multifucntion.
6.) Try to print
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
