I continuously get printer jam on my HP ENVY 4502 when trying to print on cardstock. I can not create a custom media of 110# letter size paper.  Are there any options for me and if so, how? TIA

Hi @NanaSherrie,

Welcome to the HP Support Community

I'd like to help!

I understand you are facing a paper jam issue.

The printer does not support letter-size card stock.

You may refer to the printer specifications to know the supported paper size and type

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
