When I try to connect to web services I get an error saying, The printer could not run the web access test. The internet conection and web services may still be functioning properly. I need to use web services to sign up to instant ink. Im an definitly connected to the internet as I can print through my phone using the wifi. However I belive the problem comes from my wifi being a public university connection (Glide) which is my only option in my student accomodation.
Many thanks for any help

Hi @SamW____
It is recommend to connect the printer to a private network for security reasons.
Try step# 4 to 7 from this document.
If the issue still persists, try assigning a Google DNS -
1) Get your printer's IP Address (Can find this under Network Config under Settings)
2) Type the IP into your web browser
3) On the left-hand side click on iPV4 under WIRED or WIRELESS (however you are connected)
4) Click Manual DNS
5) Under preferred type 8.8.8.8
6) Under alternate type 8.8.4.4
7) Unplug Modem from the wall. Wait 30 seconds. Plug back in.
8) Turn off your printer by pushing the power button. Wait 30 seconds. Power on.
