I recently brough a HP ENVY 5032 and was told I would get a 12 month free trial with instant ink. I have read similar questions and responses and done everything that's been said but am still unable to find where I can apply the free trial. I have started setting up the printer today so I know the 7 days haven't run out, but I can't find any way to apply the free trial and don't want to go through with another trial and can't change it.

Hey there! @Paula33,

Please share a picture of the 12-month free trial. So we can credit you the remaining free month to your account.

When you buy a new printer and set it up either at 123.hp.com or using the HP Smart app, you are offered a free trial of Instant Ink.
The number of free months depends on the offer at the time and the country of enrollment.
You must take advantage of this offer within 7 days. There is no special code and the free months are automatically applied to your account. After 7 days, the free trial offer expires.

To confirm that you received your free months:
Check the message on the Confirmation page just before you enroll, or sign into your account page at Instantink.com and find the free months under My Account > My Plan.
Free trial months are not offered when you sign up at Instantink.com – only at 123.hp.com and the HP Smart app.

Remember to take advantage of the free trial offer while you are setting up your printer!

Also, share us few details through a private message. So I can check the account details and help you with the issue.

Thank you for your reply but I am confused by this! I bought the printer from Currys. I asked as to whether I needed ny code etc and they stated no. On starting to set up the printer I got to the screen which asked me to set-up the instant ink but didn't indicate towards the free trial and didn't supply a code. I did this all on the app and have also tried to create an instantink.com account but there is nowhere for me to find the instant ink account number or the My Plan on My account.

If you need me to private message you details please let me know,

Regards
