Hi all!
I've just purchased this printer.
When I turn on the printer the display panel was showing the following error "ERROR CODE 0xc4eb8004" and all the lights/icons were blinking constantly.
I performed a hard reset several times but allways the same error. The print head does not move out on opening the lid so I could not remove and reinsert the inks. It is the original install inks that came with the printer.
I have googled the error and found a few other with the same problem but no solutions.
Any idea?
Thanks in advance!!
