I have HP ENVY 5055 printer, the screen startup freezing at loading and do not proceed, Tried to restart it several time and plug and unplug it and nothing happened, I checked the warranty status of the printer on HP website and they say "the product has been exchanged" I do not know what they mean , I bought the printer two years ago from Bestbuy Usa, Please help me.

I'd like to help!
I understand the printer is stuck on initializing screen.
Try the below suggestions -
Reset the product
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
- Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
- Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
Also, try updating the printer's firmware -HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
The product being exchanged indicates that a replacement was shipped for the said product
