Product: HP ENVY 5530 e-All-in-One Printer

I recently just received this printer that my friend hasn't used for quite some time and irregularly.

 

It worked just fine prior to me receiving it. I've downloaded all the software, troubleshooted every avenue. For some reason I'm still getting completely blank pages. Toner levels are at a great level. Everything seems fine but for some reason it isn't.
