Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Ho una hp envy 5540 . ho un computer spectrum x-360 con installato windows 10 . la stampante ( cartucce originali ) ha funzionato perfettamente fino a un paio di mesi fa . Poi ha smesso di stampare il colore . Ho provato a stampare da altri 2 pc , con xp e seven e va benissimo . Anche con hpeprint stampa correttamente . Cosa devo fare ? grazie
