Hello,
I just bought a new computer that runs Window 11. I installed my HP ENVY 5540 there and now I can only print black and white. I can't choose to print in colour. The printer worked on my previous computer. I re-installed the software and tried to follow the instructions that other members suggested on here (control panel - Print in grayscale) but I don't have those options. Can you help me, please?
