HP ENVY 5546 All in One Printer Scanner copier.

Hi folks, I am trying to find out if I can bring my HP ENVY 5546 from Ireland to the US. Will the voltage be compatible and will I be able to purchase the correct ink  cartridges (no.62 in Ireland) easily from retail outlets in the US .. i.e. Best Buy etc..

Many thanks

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

You'll have to perform a region reset on the printer for you to use the Printer in the US.

The voltage and availability of the ink shouldn't be a problem.

I hope this answers your question. Let me know if you need any further assistance.

HP ENVY 5546 All-in-One Printer uses HP 62 ink cartridges in all the regions. The region reset can be performed once you are in the US with the ink cartridges bought in the US.

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
