M yHP envy 5640 has been working with my computer through my wireless system. All of a sudden after I tried to to set up email print I started having trouble printing through my wireless system. It tells me when I try to print that the printer is offline. I ca turn the printer off & back on & try to print & get the same message. I am not the best with computers or printers. b

Basic understanding.

To assist you better, I'd like to know the following-

 

What is the Operating System installed on your computer?

Is there any antivirus/security software installed on your computer?

Did you make any changes to the printer or the computer recently?
