I have tried all the diagnostics and replaced the ink cartridge twice....I am still getting streaked and poor quality printing.

I have tried the support website and there is no direct email to support.  I am getting no where.  This printer has been used sparingly and should be in great quality with a lot of life left.  Please help.  IMG_0821.jpg

Hello,

The problem you are encountering seems to me to be at the print head where the black ink system makes its way through during printing.

Are you enrolled at the HP Instant Ink service?

Is your printer still under warranty?
Check warranty status

I have sent you a private message with instructions to perform advanced clean the print head. Please only change the fields quoted in my private message. 

I ask you not to republish the procedure indicated in my PM in the public community and I thank you for doing so.

Afterwards I invite you to come back here.

Is your printer still under warranty? No, I don't believe so.

 

I followed what you recommended.  After each test, no test page printed.  I did however go back and try the clean cartridge again and it seemed to be better but not great.
