Dobrý den. Mám tiskárnu HP ENVY 6000.  Tiskne jeden celý řádek textu dobře a následující jen horní polovinu textu v řádce a opět celý řádek dobře a pak jen horní polovinu textu.  Jedná se o chybu tiskové kazety? Při diagnostice  žádnou chybu tiskárna nehlásí a ani po opakované opravě textu v nastavení tiskárny není náprava.  díky
