Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi everyone,

 

I have a question regarding my printer, model HP ENVY 6022, that shows error 6 after loading the cartridges.

Is there a solution to this problem, or should I throw this printer away?

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Could you please share the picture of the exact error message?
  • Are you using genuine HP ink cartridges? 
  • Is this issue occurred after replacing the old ink cartridges?
  • When was the last time it worked fine?
