I am setting up an ENVY 6055e All-In-One Printer and keep getting an E4 error message. I do not have a paper jam, and haven't even printed one page yet! After having gone through all the HP "fixes" several times, my problem isn't resolved. Please, some kind someone, help me! Many thanks!

Thank you for trying to help. I am setting this printer up for the first time — have never printed even one page. I have an E4 error message.
I've tried all the troubleshooting tips, including unplugging and waiting, clearing all cartridges, etc. The light is a solid white light.
Not sure this matters, but I had another HP printer set up here before that had a paper jam before I disconnected it. Just FYI...
Please let me know what other information you need from me. Thanks again in advance.
