Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My HP ENVY 6400 All-in-One Printer Series (6458e) is not printing.  The information sheet that prints says "A problem has occurred and you will be unable to print, except for printer reports, until the issue is resolved. Check your HP account for more information." When I log into my HP account on my Samsung Laptop Windows 10 (32-bit), it isn't giving me any errors and says the printer in online and ready. When I open the HP Smart App on my Android phone, it gives me an error that reads "Printer Cannot Print: A problem has occurred, and you will be unable to print until the issue is resolved. If you have an HP+ printer, make sure to use Original HP cartridges. Sign in to your HP account on the home screen to check your status." I have only used HP cartridges and I am signed into my account on the home screen. I cannot find what the issue is on the app or on the website. 

Prior to this being an issue, the printer would give me one error after another. "Out of paper" even though there was paper. Once I reloaded it, it would say "Printer Blocked" so I went through ever step to clean and remove the paper (none was found), then it would say "Unable to connect to the internet" even though it already was so I would reconnect it. No matter what I did, the solid yellow light status light kept coming back. Now the light is solid white (light bluish) and the "information" button is lit up yellow.

I have tried to contact support, but you have to add a printer with the serial number prior to being connected and whenever I type in the serial number, it says there was an error and to try later. I am on week 3 without a printer and I am very discouraged. I bought the printer back in October 2022. Any advice or solutions would be greatly appreciated.
