Product: HP ENVY 7645 e-All-in-One Printer

I have a HP Envy 7645 printer that will not turn on. When I went through the HP recommend researching procedure (multiple times), it did attempt to initialize once but produced error code B8B2B598 along with the start button icon on the screen followed by another error code B80850BA along with the start button icon. After pressing the start button the “hp” logo appeared on the gray background screen. It displayed the “hp” screen for ~10 minutes. Nothing happened.
