Microsoft Windows 11

Hello,

Im having trouble with my Hp Envy Pro 6452 Printer. There is a solid orange light that is on the side that wont go off. Everything I've read says the printer is out of paper and when I go to print, I get a notification on my computer that the printer is out of paper. Ive taken paper out and put brand new paper in countless times, reset the printer over and over and also removed all of the moving parts and replaced them to no avail. I dont know if the printer is just screwed or if someone may have a solution that I haven't tried.

Thank you for your time!

Update, so it actually just thinks the paper tray is open. It closes perfectly just like normal but the error message and light will not go away.
