Product: HP ENVY Photo 6220 All-in-One Printer

My HP ENVY Photo 6220 printer is suddenly only printing black and white. I have done all the cleaning steps, uninstalled and reinstalled the color ink cartridge, restarted the computer, and it's still not working. When I print the diagnostics page it's all black and white, not a trace of ink. The printer has a decent level of ink (HP original). What else can I do to solve this issue?

Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

 

As you have already tried the troubleshooting steps, this could be a hardware issue with the color cartridge and may need replacement.
