I need help, I bought a open box printer did not come with the set up cartridge and it keeps saying "Use Setup Cartridges that came with your printer". I purchased brand new cartridges and it doesn’t accept it. Is there any way to override the message & reset the printer to allow me to use the regular cartridge? Help please

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I have sent you a private message with the steps to bypass the setup ink message which is specific to your printer. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you. We will have to perform a reset on the printer to bypass the use of setup ink cartridges.
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
- I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
