The display screen on the printer no longer goes into blank/screen saver mode. Power save is still showing as "on- 5-minutes". Is there a way to get the screen to blank after some minutes again?

Hi @cnordaker1
Welcome to the HP Support Community. I understand the printer is not going to the sleep mode. I'd be happy to assist you.
How is the printer connected to the MAC?
Let us try these steps to resolve this issue:
Reset the printer
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
- Turn ON the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed.
Note: HP recommends connecting the printer directly to a wall outlet rather than a surge protector or a power strip.
Update the printer firmware
On the printer screen, go to Setup > Printer maintenance > Update the printer > Check for updates now
Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.
Now, go to Setup > Printer maintenance > Power management > Sleep mode > Set as required.
Also. go to Scheduled On/Off > Scheduled Off > On > Set is as required.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
