My HP Envy Photo 7855 printer touchscreen has frozen and will not respond to any of the numerous troubleshooting recommendations I found online. I have already attempted the following suggestions:
- Restarted printer several different ways
- Verified no paper jams
- No errors are showing on the display because it is frozen
- Reset printer
- Tried several different power outlets (including directly from printer to wall outlet)
- Unresponsive when connected to a computer directly with a network cord
The only method I haven’t attempted is a full factory reset. I cannot find anything online publicly that explains exactly where the reset buttons are.
Please provide some more guidance on location of reset button(s) and/or if there might be something else to try before giving up. Thank you.

Video on how to reset the printer

If the above does not work there is a another reset but it will ask you to insert the original setup cartridges. Possibly there is a way to bypass that setup
Here is the secret reset menu, watch at the 1 minute mark.
let me know if this helps.
