After installing Firmware 2220B.00, I have been getting Blue Screen Error BA18F50 even when idle and PC is off.  The ONLY way to reset the error (for a random period) is to pull the power cord out then reconnect.  I can then use the printer for a period before the error reappears. I could NOT find any response on Google or this forum leading to the cause of this error.  This does NOT occur with an identical HP 5878 with Firmware 1931B.00.  So, next thing to try is to downgrade from 2220B to 1931B

 

Did anyone save Firmware 1931B exe file?  I would like to d/l Firmware 1931B.00 from someone/somewhere.   As installed it is called PALSUPPXN003.1931B.00.  I would then downgrade the HP with the error.
