Hi @Sandam,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

The error code BE30ABEB on your HP ENVY Photo 7858 printer usually indicates a problem with the ink cartridges or printhead. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try.

  • Restart your printer: Turn off your printer, unplug it from the power source, and wait for 60 seconds before plugging it back in and turning it on.
  • Check ink cartridges: Ensure that your ink cartridges are correctly installed, and they have sufficient ink. If the ink level is low, replace the ink cartridge.
  • Clean printhead: Clean the printhead to remove any clogs or debris that may be causing the error. You can do this by going to the printer's settings, selecting "Tools," and then "Clean Printhead."
  • Update firmware: Ensure that your printer firmware is up to date. Go to the HP website and download the latest firmware for your printer model.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.

Thank you. That could very well be the problem. I just enrolled in Instantink and am waiting for my first shipment of cartridges to arrive. As soon as they arrive, I will replace the cartridges and clean the print head. Thank you so much for your response!
