Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

This is a brand-new printer.  It says I'm connected, but I can't print.  I can print just fine to another HP printer.

Please download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor from www.hp.com/go/tools  that should fix issues related to drivers.
