I see that you are unable to use the 3rd party ink cartridges. 'Incompatible Ink Cartridge' error can occur with the correct HP cartridges under certain circumstances. The cartridge might need to be reinstalled, the electrical contacts could be dirty, or there could be a failure of the cartridge or printer.
NOTE: HP cannot guarantee the quality of remanufactured or refilled cartridges. Use genuine HP cartridges for good print quality.
To fix the cartridge related issue, please try the steps below:
Solution one: Remove, inspect, and reseat the cartridges
Solution two: Clean the electrical contacts
