HP Envy 110
macOS 10.14 Mojave

Hi there, my all-in-one printer HP Envy 110 keeps initializing for hours. I already went through the hard reset procedure (remover power cord from back of printer and then from wall unit and reconnected it in the reverse order after 15 minutes) to no avail. The printer's power cord is directly connected to the wall unit.

I'm running Mac OS X Mojavie (10.14.2) and the printer has working fine using AirPrint for almost a year.

I have tried to connected it to my MAC using USB as well, but nothing seems to work.

Noticed in an older post that there's an advanced reset, but there were no details provided on how to go about this.

I surley would appreciate any help to get this printer back online.

Thanks

A warm welcome to HP Support Community!

You are right, performing a reset should kick it out of initialization loop.

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. I've send you a private message with reset instructions, could you check your HP Forums profile page for a private message.
