My printer is stuck initializing. I did a power cycle by unplugging the device from the power cable and unplugging it from the wall outlet and held the power button down for 30 seconds. This did not work. After five minutes I plugged the printer back into the outlet and it began initializing and has been stuck initializing. The power light is flashing. I also power cycled the WiFi and repeated the aforementioned steps. This also did not resolve the issue.
