When powering on I get constantly the Error Code OX83C0000A NOS LOADER APP and it does not display the menu.
I'm using only original cartridges from HP.
I have downloaded and installed the latest hardware firmware and also latest driver software.
I've tried several times the reset bij moving power cable, wait three minutes, push power button to remove remaining charges and then powering up.
Also resetting the wifi connection is not solving the issue. Sometime its succeeds and i can print but after powering it down and powering up after a while i get the same message.
Can you please help me solving this problem ?
Best regards TripleF

Thanks for stopping by the HP community. A very good day to you. I reviewed the post regarding issues with printer error messages. I will be delighted to assist you here.
Superb description and stupendous diagnosis of the issue before posting. Kudos to you for that. 🙂
For better clarity and to assist you correctly, I would require more information regarding this:
- Did this happen after a recent power outage or surge?
Let me keep you posted that the evidence points to a printer hardware issue and this is only an attempt to try and resolve the issue. If it does not work the printer needs to be replaced by contacting HP phone support.
For now, try these steps:
- Perform a hard reset on the printer from this link: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-envy-4500-e-all-in-one-printer-series/5304875/model/5304876/... by following instructions from the section “Step 1: Reset the printer”
- I know you’ve done it before. Please do it again.
Now check for issue resolution. If the problem persists, then I will send you a private message to perform a semi-full reset on the printer to factory settings. Please check your Forum Private message box for instructions from me.
- Please refer to the user guide link: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c03784120 for checking the control panel options. That is important for the semi-full reset. Refer to page 5 and label 7. This is important.
This might resolve the issue. If it continues, then contact HP phone support to get it replaced as it is faulty. I am being candid about it by keeping your best interest in mind without beating around the bush.
HP Technical Support can be reached by clicking on the following link: http://h22207.www2.hp.com/us-en/?openCLC=true
- Once the support page opens please select the country in which you're located. Next, enter your HP model number on the right.
- Next, choose the 'Contact Support' tab at the top and scroll down to the bottom of the 'HP Support- Contact' page to fill out the form provided with your contact information.
- Once completed click the 'Show Options' icon on the bottom right.
- Lastly, scroll down to the bottom of the page and select 'Get phone number.' A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
They will be happy to assist you immediately.
If the unit is under warranty, the manufacturer’s warranty should take care of it for you.
Perform all these steps patiently as it is critical to resolving the issue. Good luck to you. I will keep a watch for your response.
Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
To simply say thanks, please click the "Thumbs Up" button to give me a Kudos to appreciate my efforts to help. If this helps, please mark this as “Accepted Solution” as it will help several others with the same issue to get it resolved without hassles.
Take care and have a blessed week ahead. 🙂
