My HP Envy 4500 All in One printer is having an issue where approximately the top two inches of a picture or document (most often a picture) are cut off. The page that is printed starts at the very top of the page, almost no margin at all, but about two inches down from the top. It's not specific to one program or file type, and it happens regardless of what device I'm printing from (laptop, tablet, even iphone). I've made sure the printer firmware is up to date, I've reset the printer to default settings and started over, I've followed the directions on previous posts to unplug the power cord while the printer is on and wait 60 seconds then plug back in. Nothing has worked. Please advise.

Welcome to the HP support community.
Did you make a copy and check if that prints fine?
Meanwhile:-
Perform root level uninstallation to remove all the printer related software's.
- In Windows, search for and open Programs and Features.
- Select your HP printer.
- Select Uninstall.
- In Windows, search for and open Devices and Printers.
- In the Devices and Printers window look for your HP Printer. If you see it listed, right-click on it and choose "Delete" or "Remove Device.”
- Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo.
- Type printui.exe /s and click OK.
- Click on Drivers tab.
- Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it click on it and click Remove at the bottom.
- Select OK.
- Remove all instances of the same.
- Select Apply and OK on the Print Server Properties windows.
- Close Devices and Printers.
- Restart the PC again.
Download and install printer full feature driver
Click here to download the driver.
I hope that helps.
