Hello,
My HP Envy 4500 won't print the alignment page. I tried to put new ink cartridges in and have had this error since then. I cannot do anything else on the screen it just says now printing alignment page then never prints. I have tried taking the ink cartridges out, unplugging, and reseting the printer. One time I got an error code OXC4EB827F instead, which I got to go away then the printer just went back to being stuck on the printing alignment screen. Any and all help would be appreciated!

Hi! @sb7719, Welcome to HP forums.
I understand you have issues printing alignment page from your printer.
Don't worry I'll try to help you out.
Did you make any changes to your printer?
Does the issue persist when you make a copy from your printer?
Are you using genuine HP ink cartridges?
As you mentioned you have issues printing alignment page from your printer.
Try manually aligning the ink cartridges on your printer and check if it helps.
Turning the printer off, and then on again might resolve an Alignment failed error message.
1.Turn the printer on, if it is not already on.
2.Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
3. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
4.Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
5.Wait at least 60 seconds.
6.Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
note:
HP recommends connecting the printer power cord directly to the wall outlet.
7.Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
8.Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
The printer might go through a warm-up period. The printer lights might flash, and the carriage might move.
9.Wait until the warm-up period finishes and your printer is idle and silent before you proceed.
Also, try updating the printer firmware and check if it helps.
