Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

Envy 4501 stuck on printing alignment page. I have a Mac.

Searched the forum and have tried:

-Reboot by unplugging both ends of power cord and holding power button. Direct plug into outlet.

-Tried print alignment page through Mac app.

-Tried the Diagnose and Fix through the Mac app. No issues found.

-Tried the Mac printer app that comes with the Mac.

-Tried cleaning the paper tray.

-Tried different paper.

-Cannot get to the printer menu; power on goes to the load paper/print alignment page message immediately.

Prints when it should then returns to the message.

Started when I changed the cartridge-replaced with genuine HP. Tried installing the old cartridge-also a genuine HP and got the counterfeit message.
