Product: HP Envy 4502
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi. 

I have recently bought a new pc. 

I have installed hp envy 4502 connected wireless (Which was previously working perfectly on a previous pc) 

When I attempt to print a ms word doc, the page is blank. 

I've reinstalled the drivers, hp smart, etc. 

I can print a pdf and notepad with no problems. I can print in ms word web app. 

Any help would be appreciated.
